June Message from the APWA President

APWA Members,
I am so honored to serve as your elected President! Thank you so much for your trust in me. We have had so many wonderful leaders in the past, I certainly have big shoes to fill, and I promise I will do my best. 

Although we are facing a lot of uncertainty in these times, our central mission to help our members Meet, Grow, Give remains the same. This year I hope to keep the wonderful traditions of this organization alive, and perhaps begin new ones. I am excited to tap into the amazing positive energy and talents that all the members of our organization bring as we join together to create fun and meaningful events and activities, and continue our community service efforts on behalf of this year’s non-profit partner Chugach Park Fund.

We still have room for you to join the Hostess Committee (to plan one or two monthly events in the year), and need one or two people to take on the Welcome Committee.
