Thank you for your interest in becoming a member. We offer two ways to submit your membership form and pay your $40 membership fee.
- Online membership form: Simply complete the online membership form below. Once the form is complete, you will be directed to Paypal to finalize your registration. Please note that there is a $2.00 surcharge for online payments. Then, check your email after submitting your payment. You will receive a confirmation code that confirms that your payment has been processed. If you do not receive that confirmation code, please contact our Membership Chair at [email protected].
- Mail membership form: If you wish to submit a form by mail, download the file below, complete it, and then mail the form and $40 annual dues to the following address: Anchorage Petroleum Women's Association, P.O. Box 240441, Anchorage, AK 99524.
All membership forms must be received by October 1st to be included in our annual directory, but you are welcome to join at any time.

Reminder: You must complete and submit the form AND submit payment through the Paypal site in order to complete the membership process.
