APWA Monthly Luncheon October, 16th at 11:30AM to 12:30PM The Lake Front

This month's luncheon will be held on Wednesday, October 16th starting at 11:30am at The Lake Front, 4800 Spenard Rd, Anchorage, AK 99517.
Please try and arrive around 15 minutes early to find your seat and pay if no payment was given in advance online.
Only 40 seats are available. Since this event is always quite popular, RSVP early!

APWA Event Rules and Reminders:
Some APWA events have an maximum event capacity. RSVP early to ensure that you will be able to attend!
Most APWA events require you to RSVP ahead of the event (typically, 72 hours before). This is because the venue needs a final count before the event so that they can prepare the restaurant. Please pay close attention to RSVP deadlines, and register for the event before the deadline.
If you miss the RSVP deadline but would still like to attend, please contact our Hostess Chair. Depending on the venue, we may still be able to accommodate you, but this accommodation is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
If you RSVP but are unable to attend, you have several options:
Find someone else to take your seat. Contact the Hostess Chair regarding this switch.
Contact the Hostess Chair to see if there is anyone on the waiting list who wishes to take your seat.
Pay the event fee. If someone is not able to take your seat, you will be required to pay the event fee. Please send a check to "Anchorage Petroleum Women's Foundation, P.O. Box 240441, Anchorage, AK 99524." You may not be able to RSVP for another APWA event until you have paid for prior events you have missed.
Although most of our events are open to the public, we kindly ask that no solicitation of goods, services, or initiatives (political, social, religious, etc.) occur at APWA events. Read our By-Laws page to learn more. If you are interested in promoting your goods and/or services amongst our members, please contact our Special Projects Chair. Our Special Projects Chair will work with you to see if there is a way you can get connected with our annual fundraising efforts.
