_Monthly Gatherings
The Anchorage Petroleum Women's Association provides a variety of opportunities for women to network and share their interests. We offer two types of social events: monthly gatherings and activity groups.
All current and prospective APWA members are encouraged to attend our monthly gatherings. These organization-wide events are designed to help our members network with one another and learn more about APWA. Members receive notifications about these events in their monthly Communiqué newsletter. Members can also RSVP for upcoming events online.
Activity Groups
APWA activity groups provide members the opportunity to meet other members who share similar interests. Activity groups meet seasonally, weekly, or monthly, depending on the group. In the monthly Communiqué newsletter, members receive basic information about the activity group's plans, but members are encouraged to contact the activity group leader directly to learn more.
